GIRL POWER WORKSHOP. ENLIGHTEN YOUR MINDS WITH THE MAGIC OF YOGA. Express your feelings and emotions through art and journaling. Activities will help you decrease stress, andger and anxiety and empower your self-esteem and self-awareness..
For girls ages 10 to 17.

Cost: $200 per participant (art material and refreshments will be provided). Space is limited. Must register by May 29.
ANGELIC YOGA SESSIONS. Inovative exercises, songs and stories to strengthen little bodies, build character and create peaceful children and a peaceful world.
For children ages 4 and up.
Date: Wekly hour long sessions from July 7th to 25th, 2008.
