The Yoga of Being
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Our classes are for all levels. Our groups are small allowing for more individualized attention and modifications to meet your needs.
*HATHA YOGA is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Hatha Yoga classes are based on SUBTLE YOGA: mindful movement, breathing practices, meditation and yoga philosophy.
*VINYASA YOGA FLOW: Energetic movement, breathwork, and relaxation to strengthen, bring stability and balance your body.
*YIN/GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION: Floor poses held in stillness to strengthen and hydrate critical joint tissues. Combining Yin Yoga and mindfulness meditation to create powerful transformation of body, mind, and hear
*CHAIR YOGA: A practice for Healing, Strength and Mobility. This class is for you to reclaim your mobility due to aging, illness, injury, or anyone who wants a gentle, mellow and restorative movement practice.
(Recommended for seniors, and those who sit on a chair at work)
*PRENATAL YOGA: A gentle class that will teach you poses and techniques to help you relax and cope with the common discomforts of pregnancy and prepare you for a joyful birth.
